The Japanese Shiatsu massage, performed on the floor and/or massage table, awakens the vital energy flowing through your meridians and acupuncture points, achieving balance in your Qi. This massage restores balance in your vital energy thanks to precise pressure and stretches, alleviating discomfort and promoting harmony. You will need to wear comfortable clothing to allow for the fluidity of movements, and we do not use oils during the session.
